Paradise Park is located in the central area of Paradise Town, diagonally opposite the government, adjacent to Paradise Street.

Paradise Park is the first "modern park" in the history of Xinxing County. In the eleventh year of the Republic of China (1922), Liang Rihua and He Shude, members of Tiantanglong Village in Xinxing County and renowned gardeners from Fangcun, Guangzhou, known as the "Heavenly Flower King", as well as compatriots from Hong Kong and Macao in the province of heaven, initiated the construction of a paradise park in the open land of "Barracks Hill" on the west side of Tiantangwei, which received strong support from the local area of heaven.

With the support of local gentry in Paradise, represented by Huang Zhongyu, Guan Shaogun, and others at that time, the district chief and police officer of Nintendo, Jiang Yubo, initiated a project to collect rent from the rice market as funding for the construction of the park. Soon, the first modern park in Xinxing County - "Heaven Park" was born.

The term "modern park" is equivalent to ancient royal or private gardens. In ancient times, there were no parks that belonged to the people for leisure. After the Opium War, various parts of China began to have parks that belonged to the public, and Paradise Parks emerged in this context. The earliest Paradise Park covers an area of over 8000 square meters. In order to beautify the park as soon as possible, Liang Rihua transported various flowers, fruits, and tree seedlings from his Guangzhou Zuiguan Garden to the park, and also built a two-story antique building called the "Grand View Building" in the park. The Grand View Tower has a banner that reads "Who governs the ups and downs of the earth, in front of the tower, everyone admires the scenery.".

During festivals, park gardeners display bonsai flowers to add a festive atmosphere, attracting visitors from spring, Chunwan, Yunfu, Hetou, Paradise, and rural villagers to the park for sightseeing.
