1) Before installing the pipeline, the pipe bore should be cleaned, the main pipe should be horizontal, the riser should be vertical, and the main pipe line should be fixed. Before applying anti rust paint to the pipeline, rust and welding slag should be removed first. The installation of the water pump should be firm and stable.


2) Lighting installation: positioning of lighting fixtures, production and installation of light clips, and fixing of lighting fixtures.


3) Cable laying and waterproof connection: The cables for pumps and lights should be routed according to regulations, with the principle of reducing underwater joints. Cable connections (heat shrink tubing waterproofing) should be made, and the cables should be concentrated in the cable conduit. The cable should be sealed near the horn mouth, and the pump and light lines should be numbered according to the diagram. The cable conduit can be laid along the cable trench to the control room, and then enter the distribution cabinet through the cable tray.


A. Before installation, water pumps, valves, and lighting fixtures must be tested for their performance to ensure their intact insulation. The resistance should be measured with a megohmmeter and should be greater than 50 megaohms.


B. The wires of lighting fixtures must be made of waterproof cables, and the joints must be waterproof according to the prescribed process. The connections must be firm.


C. Use a megohmmeter to test the insulation resistance of each circuit, which should be above 5 megohms.


D. Check if the grounding wires of the water pump and lighting fixtures are connected.


4) Installation of power distribution control equipment: Control and distribution equipment are positioned in the control room according to the diagram, and the load equipment is connected to the corresponding terminals of the distribution equipment according to the cable number.


5) All fountain and background music electrical equipment (including water pumps, lighting fixtures, control cabinets, computers, controllers, frequency converters, transformers, water curtain generators, laser projectors, and other metal casings) must have equipotential grounding, which should comply with national standards (Construction [1998] No. 1 equipotential connection installation)


A. The total equipotential connection should be equipped with a total equipotential connection terminal board in the incoming electrical control cabinet, connecting the following conductive parts to each other—— PE (PEN) busbar of incoming control cabinet - grounding electrode of control room


B. A local equipotential bonding plate is installed inside the fountain pool to connect the following conductive parts to each other—— The metal shell of water pumps and lighting fixtures - metal pipelines for water supply, drainage, and overflow - main steel bars and metal structures of buildings, including metal brackets for water tank grates.


C. All fountain and background music electrical equipment (including electrical control cabinets, computers, controllers, frequency converters, transformers, water curtain generators, laser projectors, and other metal casings) must have auxiliary equipotential connections.


D. The total equipotential connection board (ground bar) and local equipotential terminal board are made of copper plates. The total equipotential connection line shall not be less than 0.5X for the incoming line, with a PE cross-section for the incoming line. The cross-sectional area of the auxiliary equipotential connection wire shall not be less than 4.0 square millimeters of copper wire, or a diameter of 8mm round steel or 20 * 4mm flat steel shall be used.


E. The connection between the connecting conductors within the equipotential bonding line can be made by welding or bolt connection. The lap length of flat steel should not be less than twice its width and should be welded on three sides. The lap length of round steel should not be less than six times its width and should be welded on both sides.
