Lotus Island covers an area of 1.2 million square meters and is surrounded by water on all sides. A large number of lotus flowers are planted on the island, hence the name "Lotus Island". There are three major squares on the island: Guanyin Square, Lotus Square, and Front Square; At the same time, it is U I. The host city of the M.F1 Motorboat World Championships.
2016U I. The M.F1 Motorboat World Championships were successfully held at the Lianhua Island Wetland Park in Hulan District, Harbin. The Chinese delegation Shenzhen Tianrong team achieved gratifying results. The main venue theme light lake water dance show was designed, installed, constructed by Guangzhou Huaao, and perfectly performed the Harbin Wanlian Lake Water Show, also known as the Harbin Lianhua Island Great Lake Show. Harbin Hulan River Wetland Park is the sixth major cultural and tourism project of Mingda Group, and is currently the only wetland park in Northeast China. The Harbin Lianhua Lake Water Show is the largest and highest level music fountain water show project invested in Northeast China.
