1. Introduction to Detachable Assembled Stand

The inclined beam type detachable assembled stand is a new type of temporary stand system. The overall structure adopts standard parts and modular design. Various components of the stand, such as brackets, pedals, side panels, guardrails, seats, etc., can be freely matched and assembled. It can be assembled into combinations of different heights and numbers of seats according to the needs of the venue and audience capacity. The product has the characteristics of simple structure, convenient erection and disassembly, easy transportation and storage, and is widely used in stadiums, performing arts activities, various public events and other places that need to temporarily build audience stands.

3. Detailed Parameter Requirements

• The stand adopts a detachable structure, with an overall standard part and modular design. All components (brackets, pedals, side panels, guardrails, seats, etc.) can be flexibly matched and assembled to adapt to different venue and audience capacity needs.

• The installation, disassembly and use of the stand shall not damage the venue floor.

• The overall frame of the stand is made of steel structure: the load-bearing columns adopt φ48×3.0 steel pipes, and the bottom of the columns is connected with adjustable feet, which can adjust the height according to the flatness of the ground to ensure the overall level of the stand; the inclined beam frame supporting the pedals adopts 100×50×2.0+50×50×2.0 section steel, the horizontal connecting rods adopt φ48×2.0 steel pipes, and the diagonal tie rods adopt φ40×2.0 steel pipes.

• All metal pipes are hot-dip galvanized to prevent rust and ensure the overall beauty of the stand.

• The stand pedal is composed of a metal bracket and a pedal surface: the pedal surface adopts 18mm non-slip stage board, with a fireproof layer on the back, and both a fireproof layer and a non-slip design on the front. No additional non-slip mat is needed, which is easy to clean; the pedal is fixed by a lock hook type, and the use of screws and bolt type fixing methods is prohibited.

• The layer width of the stand is 763mm±5mm; the seats adopt flip-up injection-molded chairs, installed in a rear-mounted way (installed at the rear end of each layer, with the front end as the passage). When not in use, they can be folded to expand the passage for easy evacuation; the size of a single seat: seat width 455mm±5mm, seat depth 490mm±5mm, back height 410mm±5mm, seat pitch 455mm±5mm; the seats are made of high-strength polypropylene material added with flame retardant, 5 pieces in a group connected as a whole by metal brackets, and directly inserted into the corresponding holes of the stand bracket during installation without screw fixing.

• The vertical surface between adjacent two layers of pedals is closed with a steel plate with a thickness of not less than 1.2mm, which can avoid acrophobia for audiences on high floors, and prevent items from falling and children from falling.

• The overall height of the stand is ≥1200mm, ensuring that the height of the pedal surface for audiences on the first floor is ≥1200mm from the ground to improve the viewing vision; the step height of the stand is 250mm, ensuring good viewing vision for audiences on each floor.

• Guardrail specifications: the height of the front guardrail is 800mm, and the height of the rear guardrail is 1100mm, which are vertically distributed with metal pipes to prevent audiences from falling.
