1. Introduction to Chuangxiong Hollow Blow Molding Chair
Hollow blow molding chairs have been the most widely used spectator seats in domestic sports venues in the past ten years. Compared with the original glass fiber reinforced plastic, they have excellent mechanical properties, non-toxic, odorless and environmentally friendly performance, corrosion resistance to adapt to various harsh weather, and affordable price. Such hollow blow molding chairs are widely used from small school sports venues to national-level sports venues.
Chuangxiong spectator seats are made of high-density polyethylene (HDPE) through the hollow blow molding process. The overall design of the seat is based on ergonomics, maximizing the fit with the human body curve to achieve comfortable sitting feeling and reduce sitting fatigue. The seat has superior mechanical properties, high strength, good impact resistance, safety and weather resistance, stable chemical properties, acid and alkali resistance, antistatic, wear resistance, hydrophobicity and stable color. The design, shape and installation method of Chuangxiong seats meet international general requirements, which are not only beautiful in shape and comfortable in sitting, but also easy to install, maintain and manage.
Fixed spectator seats (Chuangxiong brand) can be divided into seats with different installation methods such as flat installation, side installation and vertical installation, as well as integral chairs and flip-up chairs, which are determined according to the different needs of the venue.
2. Seat Appearance
Dimensions of this seat: Width: 500mm, Height: 500mm, Depth: 540mm. Each seat weighs about 5KG, with a wall thickness of 4mm-5mm. The overall size of the seat is larger than that of ordinary seats, providing better surrounding for the human body. The backrest has a slight arc to support the audience's waist, making the sitting feeling more comfortable. The outer edge of the seat plate is slightly raised to prevent the body from sliding forward when leaning back. Chuangxiong seats are designed according to ergonomics.
There is a reserved position for the number plate on the backrest of the seat.
The seat adopts vertical installation, and the height of the seat surface from the ground is about 420mm. The die-cast aluminum bracket is treated with electrostatic spraying. The bracket is connected to the cement wall of the stand with M10×80击芯 expansion bolts, and each expansion bolt can resist more than 100kg of force.

3. Materials, Technology and Physicochemical Properties
The seat is made of high-density polyethylene, and the raw material is imported new material. Adding anti-UV and color masterbatch, it is melted at high temperature and then extruded into shape with a mold on the machine. All Chuangxiong seats are made of new materials, never recycled materials, and the seats are non-toxic and environmentally friendly.
The service life of the seat can reach 15 years or even longer. The anti-UV material makes the seat anti-aging and not easy to fade. The color can remain unchanged for 5 years. The anti-aging performance of Chuangxiong seats: the seats shall meet the requirements of xenon lamp aging for 3500h, the impact strength retention rate after the test shall not be less than 60%, and the appearance color change rating shall not be less than grade 4;
Flame retardant is added during the production of the seat, making the seat not easy to burn. The flame retardant grade meets the standard of "Public Seats for Sports Venues".
High temperature environment parameter requirements: When the temperature reaches 80±5℃, the seat shall be kept in this environment for more than 72h without appearance changes such as cracks, spots, blisters and obvious deformation;
Low temperature environment parameter requirements: When the temperature reaches -60±5℃, the seat shall be kept in this environment for more than 72h without appearance changes such as cracks, spots, blisters and obvious deformation;
The mechanical properties of the seat shall comply with the standard QB/T2601-2013 "Public Seats for Sports Venues": (1) The static load of the seat surface reaches 950N, and the number of tests shall reach 100,000 times; the static load of the seat back reaches 330N, and the number of tests shall reach 100,000 times; the balance load of the seat surface reaches 900N; (2) Release the standard impact piece when the impact height reaches 240mm, and the number of tests shall reach 10 times; the seat back impact test shall pass the following tests and meet the standard: release the standard impact piece when the impact height reaches 330mm, and the number of tests shall reach 10 times;
Compression Resistance of Flip-Up Blow Molding Spectator Seats
Tested in accordance with QB/T2601-2013 and GB28481-2012 standards, Chuangxiong seats are non-toxic and environmentally friendly. The content detection of phthalates, soluble heavy metals (lead, cadmium, chromium, mercury), polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, polybrominated biphenyls and polybrominated diphenyl ethers are all qualified.

5. Installation Process Diagram
1) Measure the size of the section where the seats need to be installed, which generally refers to the interval between the step channels of the fixed stand, then check the design drawings to see how many bracket legs are needed and distribute them properly.

2) According to the position set in the drawing and the on-site size, find the fixed position of the support legs, draw lines, compare the reserved holes of the support legs, and start drilling with an impact drill. Hanging brackets are installed on the rear side wall of each layer, and vertical installation brackets are installed on the rear cement steps of each layer. Drilling with an impact drill is also determined according to the installation methods of the two.

3) Install the support legs of the seat. First install the expansion bolts, then install the support legs of the seat on the expansion bolts, and then fix the support legs with nuts. Continuously install the support legs of a single section in accordance with the drawing requirements.

4) Install the support pipes. Install 2 support pipes on the aligned support legs with metal clips.

5) Install the seats. Arrange the seats according to the spacing required by the installation drawings, and connect the seats to the support pipes through metal clips.
