The control system of the music fountain consists of the following parts:


1. Music signal acquisition and processing:

In this process, the music signal acquisition is completed by the music digital acquisition analyzer with DSP chip. At the same time of data acquisition, the music acquisition analyzer converts the collected signal into a specific digital signal according to the elements and characteristics of the music signal according to the algorithm of analyzing music, and outputs it to the central music fountain control station - industrial control computer. (the music acquisition analyzer is a name defined according to the functions completed by the device. In fact, the device may not be this name, but another name. In the above flow chart, the part that completes the music signal acquisition and transmission is a hardware device, but the part that completes the music signal acquisition and analysis in the actual process can also be a special driver of configuration software or a special driver developed under the configuration software platform Data acquisition program.



2. The processing process of harmonious correspondence between the water shape in the music fountain and the digital signal output by the music acquisition analyzer: in this processing process, the operator should configure the corresponding water shape for the music according to the melody of the music. The configuration can be stored in the configuration software program, and the parameters can also be modified as needed. In this process, the following modes can be defined according to the needs of users:


Automatic music mode: in this mode, the music fountain will send data to the PLC in real time and strictly according to the water configuration set by the operator as the melody changes during the music playing process, and the PLC will output instructions to dynamically change the water shape to match the music playing, so as to make the performance of the music fountain more perfect.


Fountain company

Music random mode: in this mode, the configuration software will send data to PLC in real-time and randomly selected water shape configuration and PLC will output instructions to dynamically change the water shape to match the music playing with the melody change of the music fountain during the music playing process.


Music manual mode: in this mode, the configuration software will send the operator's real-time and determined water shape command to PLC as the melody of the music fountain changes during the playing process, and the PLC will output the command to dynamically change the water shape to match the playing of music.


Random mode without music: in this mode, the music fountain configuration software will select the water shape in real time and randomly, send data to the PLC, and the PLC will output instructions to dynamically change the water shape.


No music manual mode: in this mode, the music fountain configuration software will send the water shape determined by the operator in real time to the PLC to send data, and the PLC will output instructions to dynamically change the water shape.



In the above five modes, you can observe the video picture sent by the camera hair installed on site through the video control in the picture of the configuration software, or make the corresponding three-dimensional animation according to the water shape determined in the music fountain project to reflect the current water shape of the music fountain. At the same time, you can also display and store events in the configuration software. PLC receives the data from the configuration software for logic operation to control the opening and closing of the corresponding water pump, the opening and closing of the solenoid valve, the action and change of lights, lasers and various execution units.
